How to Pray When You Are Worried Begin to pray this prayer until it takes root in your heart and becomes your fixed attitude: "Father God, You told me not to be afraid because You are with me, You will uphold me, and those who come against me shall not succeed (Isaiah 41:10-11). You said no evil would come upon me, nor any plaque touch my home for You have ordered Your angels to protect me (Psalms 91:10-11). You said when I walk through rivers of difficulty (when 'm in over my head) You won't let me drown, and when I walk through fires of adversity (when the heat is on) You won't allow me to get burned for You are watching over me (Isaiah 43:2-3). You said no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). I cannot keep the enemy's weapons from being formed, but I know You will keep them from prospering. You said when I walk in obedience before You I will be blessed when I come in and blessed when I go out, blessed when I lie down and blessed when I get up (Deuteronomy 28:6). You told me to give all my troubles to You and You would take care of me (1Peter 5:7). So here they are! Today I'm standing on Your Word. You said it! I believe it!! That settles it!!! Amen." Prayer request from Marvin & Barbara
1. Please continue to pray for God’s miraculous healing of Barbara’s sister, Brenda, who has cancer. Please also keep Brenda's husband, who is a Pastor, in your prayers, as well his church, and all family members.
2. We still need your prayers for Marvin. Doctor has confirmed he has one tumor lodged between one of his lungs and his rib cage. He is scheduled for surgery on Monday, May5th. Please continue to declare the victory through Christ Jesus for Marvin and his family. |

Please come join us. . Freedom Prayer Team - Members of this specific Prayer Team are trained to assist someone through The Seven Steps to Freedom. Neal Anderson, a well renowned Christian author, developed a workbook called The Seven Steps to Freedom, which lays out a specific prayer process. Through this process, individuals learn to release burdens, stresses, understand forgiveness, develop a closer relationship with Christ, and to walk in greater peace and joy. Freedom Prayer Team training and participation is available to Church Members only. . Prayer Network- Christian Heritage maintains a prayer list where members commit to pray for individually requested needs on a daily basis.
